Business & Client Operations
Lynn Gruber is part of the Business and Client Operations team at Compass Capital, where she helps support the day-to-day needs of the firm and its clients.
Lynn began her career with Boulder Asset Management 42 year ago, working as a software developer and data analyst. After Boulder Asset Management merged with Compass Capital, she continued with the firm, bringing her background in technology, data, and operations to her current role.
Outside of work, she is a proud parent of three children and a grandparent to three grandchildren and they are truly at the heart her life. Lynn enjoys opportunities to serve and be involved in her community. She co-founded a nonprofit focused on helping children living in poverty, which has now been serving children and families for 25 years. She also spent many years as a foster parent, welcoming more than 50 children into her home.
Lynn earned a B.S. in Engineering Technology from the University of Florida. Her faith is an important part of her life and influences the way she approaches her relationships, work, and service to others. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, fishing, exercising, and participating in Bible studies.
