President & Senior Portfolio Manager
Christopher joined Compass in 2014 and has worked in the financial industry since 2005. At Compass, he oversees strategic business initiatives in his role as president and is also a member of the investment committee, which oversees the equity and fixed income portfolios. Prior to joining Compass, Christopher was part of the hedge fund technical specialist group for Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York from 2009 to 2014. From 2006 to 2008, he worked in the private banking group at Bank of America U.S. Trust. Christopher received a BA in European History from Union College. He is a member of the CFA Society of Minnesota and received a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation. Outside of Compass, Christopher serves on the board of the Minnesota Children’s Museum and is involved with Alight, formerly known as the American Refugee Committee.
