Analyst
Jordan joined Compass in 2023 as an analyst, helping with both investment and client relations/operations. Prior to joining Compass, Jordan worked as an Investment Analyst at Gradient Investments from 2020-2023, where she analyzed investment solutions for multiple portfolios, ran attribution and performance analyses, as well as assisted with structured note negotiations for advisors. She received a B.B.A. in Financial Markets Finance from the Labovitz School of Business and Economics at the University of Minnesota – Duluth, where she helped manage the school’s endowment as a student portfolio manager and equity research analyst. Jordan is also currently pursuing her Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
