Mack brings an analytical, competitive edge to his work at Compass, evaluating data, identifying trends, and supporting strategic decision-making. Before joining the firm, he worked as an analyst, building a foundation in market analysis and business strategy.
Mack graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas – Opus College of Business in 2024, where he also played Division I men’s hockey. The discipline and teamwork he built as a college athlete continue to shape how he approaches his work today.
Outside of work, Mack enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily, and their golden retriever. He continues to skate and enjoys golfing and spending time outdoors.
