Business Analyst
Madeline joined Compass in March 2023 as a Business Analyst, focusing on human resources, cybersecurity & technology, and accounting. Previously, Madeline worked in People Operations at a Minneapolis-based cybersecurity company from 2017 – 2023 and has experience with managing partnerships between corporate businesses and non-profits, most notably the U of M Masonic Children’s Hospital. Madeline graduated with a BA in English from Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, MN.
