Relationship Manager
Rachel joined the Compass Team in November 2023 as a Relationship Manager. She has been working in the finance industry since 2016, and has over a decade of experience in project management and operations. Prior to joining the Compass Team, Rachel worked in Operations at Värde Partners with a focus on building teams and processes. Rachel attended Northwestern University in St. Paul, MN.
